Terms and Conditions

Purchasers from Nip and Tuck Solutions are bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1.Nip and Tuck Solutions assumes no liabilities for the use of any products supplied.

2. Nip and Tuck Solutions takes no responsibility for confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the country of destination. All products are shipped at the risk of the purchaser and at the agreement of holding the vendor reserved towards any legal action which might be brought against the purchaser if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws applied by the government of the destination country.

3. In the event the requested products are detained and confiscated by foreign customs the loss lies completely with the purchaser, unless a valid prescription, a confiscation notification and proof of a reclaim (forwarded to the drug administration institution in charge) is provided.

4. Nip and Tuck Solutions is not responsible for losses in mail, wrong deliveries or product damage caused due to improper handling by the mail service.

5. Nip and Tuck Solutions is not responsible for returning of products caused by improper delivery due to wrong shipping info provided by the purchaser or due to improper following of advises enclosed by Nip and Tuck Solutions. In the event this occurs, products can be reshipped according to section (6).

6. Re shipments will only be carried out if the additional charges for the reshipment is covered by the purchaser, unless the improper delivery was caused by actions taken by Nip and Tuck Solutions according to section (10).

7. Prices are subject to charge according to international currency rates and price changes by distribution channels without further notice.

8. Availability of products is subject to change without further notice.

9.Nip and Tuck Solutions is not responsible for dispatchment delays caused by temporary delays in the delivery of the requested product/products from the manufacturer/supplier or by any other delays caused by third party. Nor is Nip and Tuck Solutions responsible for delivery delays caused by holidays or by the mail service in charge of the delivery.

10. In the event wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped, bypassing section (6) and charges for the product value, only if the received products are returned in an unopened, resalable condition.
Order cancellations are not accepted after payment has been processed.

11. You must agree that the products you are ordering from this website are not for resale or supply to persons other than the person named on the prescription you have supplied.

12. When ordering your products from this website you may only order a maximum of 3 months supply.Orders over and above this will be dispatched under a separate Registered Number.

13. By purchasing products from this website this does not imply a license to import unapproved (ie. illegal) products for personal use. Even, if all factors in guidance are noted, the product(s) may remain illegal in your country or jurisdiction and the health authorities may decide that such product(s) may be refused entry or seized.

14. Is this legal? There are different laws in different countries regarding the import of products for personal use. US FDA regulations allow for the importation of personal medication required for a 3 month period.
