Refund Policy
The following policy applies with regard the refund for goods purchased from this website:
1. Before a refund may be issued, the customer must return to StopHairLoss.com, a “Refund Claim Form”.
2. The “Refund Claim Form” will be provided to the customer after the customer informs StopHairLoss.com that they need such form. To obtain a refund, you must notify health-effects.net within 30 days of your original purchase date, that you desire a refund for the product purchased.
3. The “Refund Claim Form” provided to you must be returned to Worldwide Contact Office of StopHairLoss.com by regular mail only (no e-mail), within 10 days, in order to obtain a refund.
4. StopHairLoss.com will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or non-receipt of a “Refund Claim Form” that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to StopHairLoss.com. The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address

Shipping Restrictions:
Please note stophairloss.com will not be responsible for any customs restrictions or importation taxes or duties incurred by customs. If the parcel is stopped and returned by customs we will issue a credit for the cost of the products only.
COUNTRIES WE CANNOT SHIP TO:
We cannot ship our products to the following countries, as customs will not clear our parcels:Australia, Canada, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Russia, Romania, Sweden and Taiwan. Regrettably, orders received from these countries will be canceled.
